1. How long are the shipping times?
Usually it takes one to three days for products to be shipped after receiving an order. From that point on, it takes 10 to 15 days for them to arrive.
2. How will I know where my product is during shipping?
As soon as your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
3. What’s your return policy?
Instead of returning your order, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns go against our commitment to sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So in your email tell us what’s wrong, attach pictures, and we will send you your money back in full. If possible, afterwards you can recycle the product or donate it to a local charity.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your order within the specified time-frame.
5. What if I receive the wrong item?
If the product you received is of the wrong color or defective, please, notify us and we will give you a refund. You will not need to ship it back to us. You can keep it, donate it, or recycle it.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you did not get the product you expected, just let us know and we will get you a new one.
